Where do you deliver?
Our current sales and delivery destination is the United States. Prices are in USD.
How long should I plan for?
Order preparation takes 5–10 business days. Standard carrier transport takes a further 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days, subject to delays and missing information.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where available; it does not remove preparation time or provide a guaranteed arrival date.
How do I choose equipment?
Start with your activity and check fit, pool rules and instructor guidance. Training accessories are not rescue or life-saving equipment. Read our selection guide.
Are images actual product photographs?
Our new collection uses AI-generated design visualizations. Do not infer measurements, materials, certification or included accessories from background styling. Ask us about any essential unlisted detail before purchase.
Can I change my order?
Contact us promptly. A change or cancellation depends on preparation and dispatch status; it is not guaranteed after work has begun.
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. See the Return Policy for eligibility, return postage and refund timing.
Where can I see tracking?
Use the carrier link in your shipping notification when provided. If you cannot find it, email us with your order number.
