Delivery destination and currency
We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States. All shipping prices below are in USD. Checkout shows the options available for your particular address.
Shipping rates

The free standard shipping threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.
Preparation and transport are separate

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. The combined window is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Missing order details, payment review, public holidays, customs or carrier disruptions can extend the journey.
Expedited service
The expedited option does not shorten the 5–10 business day preparation stage. No unconfirmed expedited transit time or guaranteed arrival date is promised. Ask us before ordering if timing is essential.
Dispatch and tracking
When your order is dispatched, use any tracking details supplied in your shipping notification. Carrier scans may not appear immediately. Contact us if tracking is unavailable, stops updating for an extended period or shows an unexpected delivery event.
Address changes and cancellation
Check your address carefully at checkout. Email us promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once preparation or dispatch has progressed. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address or requested redelivery will be explained before an agreement is made.
Delays, loss and damage
Contact us with your order number, tracking information and a description of the issue. For damaged parcels, retain packaging and provide photos where possible. We will review the facts and work with the carrier where applicable to determine an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund when warranted. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Taxes and customs
Applicable taxes and any amounts collected by us are shown at checkout. Where an order requires import clearance, additional duties or fees may be assessed by the authorities or carrier unless expressly included. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification; we do not guarantee duty-free delivery.
