The conditions for using Uvaniro and placing an order.

Effective: October 21, 2026. The store at uvaniro.com is operated by Hefei Jiongjing Network Information Technology Co., Ltd.. Owner: Chen Jingxian.

1. Using the store

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase or act with an authorized adult's involvement. Provide accurate contact and order details. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security or submit unlawful content.

2. Product information and illustrations

Read the product information and request clarification on any essential detail before ordering. Our new collection images are AI-generated visualizations rather than photographs of inspected stock. Styling props are excluded unless expressly included. We do not represent unlisted dimensions, materials, certifications or performance as verified facts. Screen colors can vary.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown during checkout. Use only payment methods made available in the actual checkout. Payment icons do not guarantee that a method is available for every order. We may correct errors and will contact you if a material error affects your order; you may decline a corrected offer and receive a refund for an order we cannot fulfill.

4. Orders and cancellation

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not an unconditional promise to fulfill an unavailable or invalid order. Orders may require payment confirmation and accurate delivery information. We may reject an order for legitimate availability, payment, legal or fraud concerns, refunding amounts collected for cancelled goods as applicable. Contact us promptly for a cancellation request.

5. Shipping and returns

The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Preparation and transport are separate stages. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Mandatory statutory remedies remain available.

6. Appropriate use and water safety

Follow the supplied instructions, venue rules and qualified instruction. Training accessories are not life-saving devices and do not replace supervision. Stop using damaged or uncomfortable equipment. No medical, competitive-result or safety certification claim is made unless expressly supported.

7. Intellectual property and submissions

Store content and original branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not copy or exploit them without permission or another lawful basis. You retain rights in content you submit; by sending support material you allow its use for handling your request, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

Payment, carrier and external websites may have their own terms. We do not control every third-party service. Links do not constitute a guarantee of those services.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing and available choices.

10. Responsibility and consumer rights

We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights concerning goods, refunds, injury or data protection. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses unrelated to a reasonably foreseeable breach by us.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Where permitted, disputes may be heard by competent courts at the company's location in Hefei, Anhui. This does not remove a consumer's mandatory right to bring a claim in another legally available forum.
