30-day return request window
Email service@uvaniro.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the item and your reason. Please contact us before shipping your return so we can provide the applicable instructions.
Eligibility and condition
For change-of-mind returns, keep the item unused, clean, complete and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. Tell us if packaging has been opened or the item has been tried. For items intended for close body contact, contact us before use if you are unsure about suitability. We will not apply an undisclosed blanket hygiene exclusion to remove mandatory rights.
Return steps
- Send your request within the stated window and wait for instructions.
- Pack the authorized items securely and include an order reference.
- Use a trackable method where possible and retain proof of posting.

This is the published company and return address. International return postage may be material; request instructions and consider the cost before mailing. Do not send returns to a carrier label address unless we specifically instruct you to.
Who pays return postage?
For personal-preference or change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us first; we will review the evidence and arrange an appropriate solution and the applicable postage responsibility.
Refund review and payment
After receiving your return, we aim to inspect it and process any approved refund within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. We will explain any item condition issue affecting the decision.
Original shipping, exchanges and cancellation
Change-of-mind refunds generally cover accepted returned goods; original shipping is not refunded unless required by law or agreed for an order issue. Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability and any price or postage difference must be agreed. Request cancellation promptly; it may not be possible after preparation or dispatch.
